For me it's not massively oversized, but fits really well and isn't itchy. I've only worn it once thus far, so can't say if it shrunk much (if any!) just yet.
Quality of the shirt itself is a high quality. The print is a generic screen print from the feel of it, but it is of a high quality as cheaper screen printing mediums tend to crackle pretty quickly and easily.
All in all, a very good quality t-shirt. Just bare in mind that they take forever to get it to you
