3. What if I want to change my order?
Please contact us and if we can change the order for you we will. However, if an already has already been processed, this will not be possible

4. What happens if my item is faulty?
If the product is faulty we will replace the item in line with our Returns Policy. 

5. What happens if you send me the wrong order?
If your order is wrong we will replace the item in line with our Returns Policy. In this case, we will also refund your original shipping costs as the fault is our own.
 

6. How long will it take for my item to get delivered?
Standard Shipping to the UK and Europe is estimated at 3-5 working days

We aim to have continual stock, however, if we do run out we replenish stock within 4 weeks.
