Returns Policy

  • We offer a 30 day ‘from date of dispatch’ exchange/return policy.
  • The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received.
  • Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
  • We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.
  • Any customised items, including Affiliate Clothing, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Any items that are purchased as part of a 'Sale', 'Clearance' or 'End of Season Sale', are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. Any items returned found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.
  • Please allow 10 business days for a refund.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Initial postage costs are non-refundable. Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Be Defiant Ltd will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
